I recommend that you have a Mat and Weights.
If you do not have weights feel free to use anything around the house like water bottles or canned goods. It is not necessary to purchase weights. If you do not yet own weights, you are likely at the beginning stages of your home workout and you can do all the exercises with water bottles! If you have weights at home, choose a weight that fits your level of fitness!
Each day we will do an upper body, abdominal and lower body exercise. We will focus on different muscles and make time to work! Over the course of the next 4 weeks you will find your body a bit more toned!
