What are your health goals?

Do I have to exercise too?

No! I’m here to coach you to wellness with or without exercise. In fact, many of my weight loss clients don’t workout at all! Your exercise may depend on your program and your health and weight goals.

What are your Goals?

I want to know what your goals are. I want to know why you want to get healthier, why you want to lose weight , I want to know why now? I want you to share what you are doing well! l also want to know what your obstacles and challenges are to finding success. What has worked in the past and what do you need to work on? This is where we find habits we need to focus on. I want you to share so I can better help you.
