What should you expect in my Fitness Program?
Over the course of the week you will be working with me on many different types of fitness. Each day we focus on another style of fitness! We have 5 days a week to train together and we will work your whole body through Weight Training, HIIT, Barre/Pilates, Core Flow, Conditioning and TABATA! My goal is to help you condition yourself and create long lean muscles, build muscle, burn fat and calories and increase your energy, confidence, change your body and your mind!
My Fitness Program
I created this program for all women! No matter where you are in life you can fall in love with my program. My exercises are on every level, I offer modifications as well as challenges to most moves. Anybody can do my classes! Whether you are a beginner, starting to exercise at home or you are a seasoned fitness lover looking for something new, you can all workout with me! I offer modifications and challenges for many of my moves. Listen to your body, find the move that feels right for you. Take your move to the next level when you feel strong, confident and ready!
My Private WhatsApp Group
The Coach Ellie WhatsApp Group is private, alive, full of conversation, informative, supportive, a safe space for the group members to ask questions, provide feedback, share health and fitness information, find support and accountability, and talk! All information about the next day's class as well as the recordings are posted in the group. I am very proud of the comradery, friendships and true support the women show for one another. Women who sweat together...
