Fitness Tools

What you need for all my fitness programs…including my Amazon picks.

FIT10 (Beginner):

  • RESISTANCE BANDS (the one thing you need for every class is Resistance Bands!)

  • Mat (or towel for floor exercises)

  • Chair (any chair that is stable and even in the seat, not on an incline when you sit. You could also use a bench or risers)

  • Step Stool (optional or modifications of assistance)

FIT10 (Intermediate):

  • RESISTANCE BANDS

  • Weights (1lb - 15lb weights or 2 water bottles, 2 canned goods) Weights are recommended for the Bonus classes! Your "heavy" weights and my "heavy" weights are different. So listen to your body and choose what works for you!

  • Mat (or towel for floor exercises)

  • Chair (any chair that is stable and even in the seat, not on an incline when you sit. You could also use a bench or risers)

  • Step Stool (optional or modifications of assistance)
