What you need for all my fitness programs…including my Amazon picks.

FIT10 (Beginner):
RESISTANCE BANDS (the one thing you need for every class is Resistance Bands!)
Mat (or towel for floor exercises)
Chair (any chair that is stable and even in the seat, not on an incline when you sit. You could also use a bench or risers)
Step Stool (optional or modifications of assistance)
FIT10 (Intermediate):
Weights (1lb - 15lb weights or 2 water bottles, 2 canned goods) Weights are recommended for the Bonus classes! Your "heavy" weights and my "heavy" weights are different. So listen to your body and choose what works for you!

Sliders (furniture sliders, paper plates or container lids for carpet, folded hand towels for hardwood or tile flooring)
Optional: Kettlebells, Bar
