Hi! My name is Ellie and I have missed you these last few weeks while figuring out my hacked IG account. I want to continue on this platform and keep sharing with you, but first I want to introduce myself to some of my new followers here!

I love everything FITNESS, FASHION & FOOD and I am an expert at all of them!

I am a Women's FITNESS Specialist:

Fitness is one of my passions! I created a program called FIT45 where I teach a 45 minute women's fitness class live on Zoom every Monday-Thursday at 5:30am EST. This class is recorded and you can push play and do it "On Demand" anytime after 6:30am. This is a professional program designed for women. We use our home gym fitness tools for class (i.e. weights, mat, pilates ring, stability ball, resistance bands etc.)  FIT45 is focused on the full body. It was created for women 30+ and specifically targeted to women 40+. We strength train, we work through hormone imbalance, perimenopause & menopause. We work hard, strong, focused and smarter. It's the best way to start my day alongside professionals and stay at home women who want to start their day with exercise and motivation. Honestly, it's so good that it is my only workout of the day. As I am training you, I am working out with you. In my experience of training this program for the last 5+ years,  I have found that this is the best way to see real results in my clients... to be training and working out together with them! You can join my live or recorded 45 minute or 20 minute classes, I know it's sometimes it's hard take the first step and register, but I gaurentee you will be hooked and you will not regret it! 

I am an Image Consultant/ FASHION Stylist:

I went to FIT and became an Image Consultant. I worked with stay at home moms and professional women to help them create their "look". The right sweatpants to compliment their body shape to the perfect black dress for a corporate dinner. I did that for years, I loved it and still do but I stopped taking on clients for a while because I realized there were so many women who did not love their bodies. It did not matter what they wore (I could dress them in a designer dress that looked stunning, but they were not confident or happy with how they looked) they were not happy. That is how FIT45 was born! I wanted to create confidence from within, confidence that thrives with increasing strength and loving our strong bodies. The more I saw that women felt comfortable, respected and loved their strong bodies, the more they were confident in what they wore! Fashion styling became more fulfilling for me and more empowering for my clients as they became stronger and more confident women. I work with women to find the right look for an event, do a full closet makeover, pick the perfect outfits for a special trip, review what is already in their closet or consult on what they already have!

I am a Health Coach and Healthy FOOD obsessed! 

I absolutely enjoy food! I love eating, I love cooking, I love feeling satisfied and I love knowing what to eat for me! The best part is not fearing food or hating food. When I work with you on weight loss, muscle gain, eating for your goals we work with Macros. I want you to experience what I live by.... eating with food freedom but within the Macros that will help you for your goals. We all have goals (even if we are at our healthy weight) and it's important to listen to our bodies and eat what we need. I want to work with you on food freedom, eating well rounded meals, listening to your body, prioritizing protein, hydrating and maybe even eating more! For some of you I want to also link your fitness and workouts to your meals (what and when & what to add). If you need guidence or help with what to eat, when to eat it, how to shed some weight, grow stronger, eat smarter or healthier I can help you! 

Let's bring this all together... by working a bit out of order...

FOOD can help us  feel confident in our bodies when we fuel with purposeful foods that nourish us and make us feel physically good. 

FITNESS is about consistently showing up to exercise. Getting "fit" is about growing   stronger in body and mind. It can help us gain the confidence to dress with freedom of evaluating, analyzing and self criticizing ourselves in every single outfit. 

FASHION is always best when we are happy with what we see in the mirror. By eating  wisely, we improve body positivity and confidence to wear our closet and shop with courage.
