  • NO LIVE CLASSES: December 23 through January 3.

  • Recording will be shared in advance.

All you need to know for FIT45 (including what fitness tools you’ll need!):

  • FIT45 August is a LIVE program for WOMEN ONLY! If you are looking to strengthen your body, build lean muscle, workout with a group or on your own, have a home gym or the fitness tools for this program then you are set and ready! This is a 45 minute program you can do from home LIVE or at any point during your day via the recorded class links.

  • WHATSAPP GROUP AND THE BENEFITS OF A LIVE CHAT? Coach Ellie has a WhatsApp Group that is updated with daily class updates, training tips, and reminders. Coach Ellie reviews highlights from her workouts, why she included specific exercises, what you may be feeling post workout, how to recover, and so much more! The WhatsApp Group is a great private space for conversation about nutrition, exercise, class, mom-life and more!

  • WHEN SHOULD I DO MY DAILY CLASS / WORKOUT? Classes are scheduled for Monday-Friday, you should complete the class anytime during the day. If you miss a day, skip it and continue with the group. Stay on the assigned day. Want extra accountability? Place a Check in the WhatsApp Group when you are done!

  • HOW WILL I ACCESS THE WORKOUTS? Once a week you will receive an email with links to your classes for that week. Live class links are also provided the night before via the WhatsApp Group. Miss the live class? Recordings are uploaded shortly after class ends.

  • WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY? There are modifications and challenge options to all moves. Discuss your injuries with Coach Ellie, listen to your body and choose the intensity of each move that works for you!

Benefits & styles of classes:
FIT45 is a program designed to challenge you and lean and tone your body. Over the course of the program you will feel an increase in your strength and you will see changes in your body! We will be working with different types of fitness styles:

Weight/ Strength Training, HIIT, Barre/ Pilates, Core Flow, High Impact, Low Impact, Cardio, TABATA etc.

The goal is to improve your condition, create lean muscle, burn fat and calories and increase your energy, confidence and change your body and your mind!

Making time for FIT45!
Making time is sometimes harder than actually doing the workout! Think about when you will be able to do your 45 minute class each day. Knowing how to structure your day is key! Find the time of day that works for you, try to stay consistent and set your exercise time as a "rock" in your schedule!
