Are You Eating Enough?
A huge roadblock to weight loss is not eating enough! Ladies, I’m speaking to you! I can’t tell you how many times I sit in a consultation, listen and respond “I don’t think you are eating enough!” There is usually a huge silence…. What?…. Crazy! … Not enough!!! “I have been trying to cut back and the weight is still not coming off!”
Let’s flip the script! What if you learned what to eat and when to eat it. What if you had a scientific program, a meal plan that worked. I’m licking my fork clean because my lunch was soooooo good!
