START STRONG is a 5 day per week workout program designed to get you moving! Each day is a different style of workout: Lower Body Strength Training, Upper Body Focus, Cardio & Core, Stretch & Tone and TABATA.
The workouts are designed for you to do at home with a few "fitness tools." Please refer to the FAQs to find out what fitness tools you'll need. The program is created for all levels of fitness. I offer modifications and challenge options for many of the exercises so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned veteran you can find the move that works for you and your fitness level. Each class and week is designed to work off the previous one so follow the program in order. After you've completed the 4 weeks you will feel better, become stronger and more confident!
